A. Nature of Service & Positioning

RHead AI is an interactive fictional entertainment platform and a reflective persona engine. It is not a therapy, coaching, or clinical service. All interactions are provided for reflective and entertainment-oriented purposes only.

B. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware. Users explicitly waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

C. Limitation of Liability (Liability Cap)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHead AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

D. Service Availability & Modification

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Certain functionalities rely on third-party providers, and features or "Gears" may be modified or removed at any time for safety or compliance purposes.

E. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

• User Input: You retain ownership of your inputs.
• AI Output: We grant you a non-exclusive license for personal and lawful use. This includes sharing on social media for entertainment purposes, provided it does not violate other terms.
• System Training: You grant RHead AI a license to use aggregated and de-identified interaction data to improve safety and performance.

F. Refund Policy & Reverse Gear Acknowledgment

Reverse Gear (R-Mode) contains extreme sarcasm, brutal honesty, and sharp wit. By unlocking this or any other premium gear, you explicitly agree to face your thoughts without filters. No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the AI's tone, feeling offended, or being "roasted". All purchases are final.

G. Free Trial Allowance

Each Gear includes a limited, no-payment free trial before checkout is required: Neutral includes 6 free messages, Drive includes 4 free messages, and Reverse includes 2 free messages. The free trial for a given Gear is available once per browser and does not renew or roll over. The app interface does not display the exact number of free messages remaining during an active trial; this section is the authoritative reference for the free allowance.

A. Contextual Response Continuity

To ensure quality, the system utilizes contextual response continuity. This is a temporary processing layer and does not constitute behavioral profiling or psychological tracking.

B. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained according to our deletion schedule and only as long as necessary for service delivery. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age.

A. Response Modification & Appeals

RHead AI reserves the right to modify responses or terminate access to ensure safety and compliance. If an account is suspended, users may contact support to request an account review or appeal the decision.

B. Crisis Sensitivity

In cases of detected distress, the system will modify its output to encourage seeking help from qualified professionals or local emergency resources.

A. No Reliance Clause

Users should not rely on the System for significant personal, medical, or legal decisions. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies or fictionalized interpretations.
